Together, we'll go far...

Hello everyone, Alison here with a quick tag to share.  It's another chance to have a look at the fab new release Chalkboard Wisdom.

This tag combines the new stamp with my much-loved Generation Redux set... the woman with the lovely hedgerow grasses and text in the background.
She's stamped on a background of wrinkle-free distress technique using a mixture of Weathered Wood, Stormy Sky and Picket Fence Distress Stains (if I remember rightly).
And I used the tiny grasses from the same set to decorate the foot of the tag.
The sentiment was embossed onto black card with Wow Super Fine Bright White, and I added some chalky edging with the White Prima chalk edger, and did a little bit of extra shading with a white pencil.  It's mounted on padded tape to give it some dimension.
I also used the white pencil on the woman's face to give her a chalky look to match the chalkboard sentiment.
The crinkle ribbon is dyed with Distress Stains, and tied with paper string to complete the look.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Do come and share your projects using Artistic Outpost stamps in the September Referral Program here at AO - we love seeing what you create with these amazing images.
