Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday and I am so happy that you stopped by. Today I would love to share with you another projected I created using the new "Chalkboard Wisdom" release, along with mixing it up with Industrial Backgrounds and SteamPunk.
First we started with a background clear embossed using the gears in a random pattern, inked over with Antique Linen, Frayed Burlap and Black Soot. I then spritzed this with some water and sprinkled some salt over the background. Using the blueprint stamp and a Tim technique, I inked this with Black Soot and again randomly let the stamp roll the print. It gives such a nice subtle touch.
I am just loving these new sentiments, which can be used in a variety of ways and fit in with so many themes!
The "SteamPunk" guy was stamped in Black Archival and water colored using Frayed Burlap, Antique Linen and Tattered Rose and of course fussy cut! I think that sentiment suits him perfectly as he certainly looks like a non-conforming kind of guy!
The globe was cut from grunge, crackled, using a paint brush to fill in the areas with Broken China, Vintage Photo, Tarnished Brass, Antique Bronze stains. The cut out was backed with Tim's Kraft resist map paper.
Hope you enjoyed my project today, which I had a blast creating! The September Monthly Referral Program is in full swing, so come on and join in!
Today is a day to be remembered always and it reminds us to always cherish life and those we hold dear. Enjoy this day in every way!

Love this! Great design and one of my favorite scriptures as well! Have a most blessed day.
This is a fabulous tag! I love those clear embossed gears with the metal ones added to the centres, and the globe is such a perfect accompaniment to the quote - with the brilliant map behind the crackled ocean - brilliant!
