The Auld Lang Syne Plate is perfect for celebration cards. I paired up the clocks with the rabbit from the Wonderland Collage plate to create my card. I used a soft pattern paper and stamped the clocks repeatedly using brown ink in one direction across the top. I turned the paper and repeated the process across the bottom. I distressed the edges with a distressing tool and sponged brown dye ink around the edges.
I added a touch of watercolor in the clock faces along with white highlights. The rabbit was stamped on white cardstock using brown ink and colored to coordinate. I stamped the letters from the Secretary Pool plate using brown ink and cut out the letters I needed. I highlighted them with white gel pen to help them pop. I stamped the number 2 from the Whimsical Melange plate using brown ink. Behind the timepiece frame I added a touch of the script from the Secretary Pool plate.
Now I have a masculine Birthday card on hand to send out! Have a wonderful weekend!
