Tiny Dancer

I wanted to share a piece I made with the wonderful September release Picture Star.  I used this sweet little dancer as the main focus for this stand up piece.  I mounted my designer paper and little ballerina on one of my jumbo tags and colored her with Copics, which I hardly ever use any more and have really gotten out of practice! The twinkle and shine tags really do twinkle and shine. I rubbed Glossy Accents over each one with my finger and then quickly covered it with the new Distress Stickles Dry Glitter.   I reinforced the piece with an extra piece of chipboard and added an easel stand to the back so this became a free-standing piece of desk or table art.

If you haven't checked out the Picture Star plate yet, you really should.  It has some marvelous and fun images that will work for a variety of crafting projects!

Thanks so much for stopping back by today.  I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.
