Soft as a Butterfly's Wing

The Flower Market plate
I made this tag a few weeks ago using the Tim Holtz Brushless Watercolor technique.  Love the soft dreamy feeling it creates. Stamps from the Flower Market plate were used as well as a distressed doily cut from Sticky Back Canvas and a ticket die cut stamped and then aged with UTEE and Vintage Photo DI.  I made the rolled flower from felt and edged it by brushing on Dusty Concord distress stain and then spritzing with water to make it leech into the felt.  Just a simple little tag, but I thought the colors and the stamping were so pretty together.  Hope you like it.

Thanks for visiting with is today!

Love this tag! The techniques are well done. I'm going to have to have another look at Tim's Brushless watercolor technique. TFS Hugs, Jess

Not simple at all! The color combination is fabulous and all the stamping gorgeous! Love the doily accent and the water color effect!
