Hello, Avril here with my weekly inspiration and I'm featuring the Artistic Outpost Paris Exposition stamp set available on Our Daily Bread Designs website.
The flourish on my background tag was made by using embossing through a stencil and when dry, I used Distress Inks in Spun Sugar, Tattered Rose and Bundled Sage.
My main image, the Eiffel Tower, was stamped with Watering Can Archival, the word 'Paris' was achieved by masking off the word 'Exposition', using low tack tape on the sentiment stamp, inking and then removing the tape before stamping on the previously trimmed image. The image was coloured with Tumbled Glass and Bundled Sage Distress inks.
I added Our Daily Bread Designs Beautiful Border die cut, before layering on some vintage french book page and adding a little spray of flowers.
To finish I added the c'est magnifique! sentiment.
I hope I've inspired you to ink up your Artistic Outpost rubber stamps and show us what you create by joining in our September challenge - Anything Goes using AO stamps, all the details can be found here.
