Girlfriends

Happy Monday!  Lisa here today, with my weekly share on the Artistic Outpost Blog.  This week my card features stamps from the the Artistic Outpost Paperboy and Ephemera Background plates, along with Custom Dies and pattern paper from AO's parent company Our Daily Bread Designs.

The girlfriends image is from the Paperboy plate, stamped in Espesso Ink  on Vanilla card stock and die cut using Spellbinders Petite Ovals Die.  The stamped panel is layered on an Espresso panel die cut using the ODBD Custom Vintage Labels Die.  Using one of the labels from the ODBD Custom Vintage Flourish Pattern Die, I traced the die cut onto the ODBD Blushing Rose Paper Collection, then cut it by hand to fit closer inside of the Espresso panel that was also die cut using a label from this same custom die set.  I added additional stamping to the pattern paper using the Ephemera Backgrounds plate.  To embellish I added Vintage Brown Seam Binding, Crystal Gems and a Mini Rose, and flourish and leaves using the ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage Die.

That's lovely, Lisa - I love the pretty, fresh colour palette, and those sepia panels matted in the background. Fab card!
