Boardwalk!

Happy Friday again and today I want to share some Summer fun using the Boardwalk ladies! Don't they look so ready to make a big splash!
The ladies were stamped in black Archival, masked and the background lightly Distress inked using leftover ink from my foam applicators (light browns and blue). I then added a little color to them using Antique Linen, Spun Sugar and Tattered Rose. For the frame I layered a piece of designer music paper over another card stock layer and then die cut using Tim's Ornate Frame and then shaded in Gathered Twigs and Black Soot.
The cheesecloth was inked and the Atlantic City and Boardwalk were added and of course Distress inked as well. Had to finish it off with a few seashells.
For the corrugated cardboard tag, I inked with various browns and then painted using Antique Linen, let it dry and applied some crackle, more drying and then inked over with Vintage Photo, shaded in Black Soot. Also added a little extra interest by adding black through the Speckled stencil.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for visiting today.

Such a beautiful tag, Terry - the textures on that corrugated background, the fabulous driftwood beach-bleached look of the fabric, and a wonderful distressed frame for the trio of bathing beauties. It's perfection!
