Pure of Heart

Hello all, lovely to be here with you at Artistic Outpost.  I've a creation using what I think is probably my all-time favourite AO stamp today, the wonderful little girl from the Think and Wonder plate.  She seemed to go perfectly with the words of the Red Lead Paperworks stencil... she certainly looks Pure of Heart to me, as it says at the bottom.

I used the stencil with some texture paste on some small tags, just trying it out as an idea... and loved it!
Once they were inked, then I needed to work out what to do with them.
I covered a large piece of mountboard with some Kaisercraft BaseCoat stony paper, making this somewhere between a tag and a hanging...  And then I stamped the girl in Potting Soil Archival ink.
The metallic flowers have had a good spritzing with various sprays...
including 13Arts pearl sprays...

and I think also some Dylusions.
And I added some linen ribbon through the small tags - it seemed to work well with the stone background.
And I blended some Victorian Velvet Distress Ink onto the main panel, to tie the colour in with the flowers.
So that's my hanging/tag for you today.  Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you all have a great week!
