Happy Mother's Day!
Here we are with another Wednesday and I am sharing a Mother's Day tag using stamps from Ephemera Backgrounds and Secretary Pool.
My background for the tag (which I thought I took a picture of) started by laying Tim's Doily stencil over it, applying clear embossing ink and then powder. After inking with Antique Lines and Vintage Photo, I removed the embossing.
I wanted to send a "Telegram" to all the Mom's out there, so I stamped this with black Archival and of course aged it by Distress inking and a little extra stamping was added using Vintage Photo. Added a few butterflies, label stickers and chit chats.
The typewriter was stamped and embossed and fussy cut. Don't you just love that old style machine. I did learn to type on one just like this!! Oh did I just age myself or what?
