Turn the World Around

Hello everyone!  A little (4x4 inch) canvas to share with you today...
It started with strips of tissue tape covering the whole thing, and a couple of washes of paint.
Then I gave it a couple of spritzes of Luminarte Primary Elements made up into sprays.  The colours are Hot Cinnamon and Spiced Pumpkin.
I stamped the beautiful quote from Typography (minus its accompanying globe) onto watercolour card using Potting Soil Archival, and inked the torn edges with Walnut Stain.
The white mulberry paper roses got some spritzes with the same sprays - much bolder colours when they're not over the whitewashed paint.
I used a wooden flourish, soaked in Walnut Stain, to create the "branch" of the rose bush, and finished the whole thing off with some white paint splatters.
Thanks so much for stopping by... just a couple more days to join in with the January Referral Program, sharing your Artistic Outpost projects to be in with a chance at winning a prize or one of our coveted Top 3 spots.
