Hope perches (part 2!)

Hello all, Alison here.  I know you may have seen this at Words and Pictures yesterday, but my focus here will be specifically on the Artistic Outpost stamps used... If you want to see the other details, you can find them here.

The delicate vintage Pion papers I used seemed to be perfectly complemented by the look of the AO stamps - and once again I drew on several different sets to create the look.

The birds in the cage are from the Bluebird plate which also provided the images on my little hanging last week.

The glorious PostCard - so perfectly in keeping with the design of the papers - is one of the Ephemera Backgrounds.  I also used the music script from this same set, but it's so far in the background now, that I'm not sure much of it is visible any longer!

The ticking texture, which I added direct to the canvas, was intended to go with the Regency stripes on the reverse of the paper.  This stamp is part of the fabulous Kudzu Kafe set.

The wonderful Emily Dickinson quote can be found on the Quote & Quotables plate, along with many other verbal delights.

And the little embossed flourish on the die-cut tag is from the beautiful Serenity set.
