Paris Collage

Greetings!  I hope you are having a great weekend.  I had some fun getting inky creating an 8x8" collage for my post here this week.  I started by doing a little stenciling for my background and then added stamps from Paris Exposition stamped in Jet Black archival and then a few more from Ephemera Backgrounds stamped in Sepia archival.  I stamped the three main photo stamps in Jet Black archival and deckle cut the edges making them look like old time photos.  I added a bunch of vintage style embellishments and finished it off with a few sprays of color mists.  This was sort of a first try at this style and I had a blast playing with all the inks and elements.  It didn't come out exactly like I hoped it would though, so I think I need some practice.  Practicing sounds like inky fun :)

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Looking forward to seeing your entries into our January referral program.
