The new
Picture Star plate had me remembering the old black and white films that I enjoyed growing up.
This beautiful image reminded me of Clara Bow.
The inspiration for my card started from the word bow! I created the big bow which gave me the gold and black tones for the card. The image is stamped using black ink and colored with a touch of gold watercolor. The stars were stamped in black and highlighted in yellow and cut out to put in my filmstrip.
I added a little flourish behind my movie star using the stamp from the
Flapper Fashions plate.

Cute card! I love the image!
I love this! It cracked me up when I saw it on titled Clara Bow on the Yahoo site! The colors are wonderful and I love the way you stamped the Flapper flourishes behind her! That adds so much.
Super glamorous, and your word connection from Clara Bow to that brilliant bow really tickled me - lovely!
