POPPY FIELDS

I love the poppy image from the Flower Market plate and it's this image that inspired my card this week.
The background has been aged with vintage photo Distress Ink and I have stamped my girl image with black archival ink.
The poppy image was then stamped across the bottom of my card and coloured with Distress Markers.  For added dimension I stamped the poppy image once again onto white card and added dimension to the flower heads. For further interest I have added a bird brass charm.  POPPY has been added to the top of my card using the alphabet background stamp from the Secretary Pool plate.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

I really like the vintage feel of the card and love what you have done to give the poppy's dimension.

Beautiful colors, Tracy! Love the way you placed the butterfly girl in the middle of a garden of poppies!
