Spreading the Light

I love making a card where the sentiment takes center stage! Words can be kind, comforting, encouraging, supporting. They can lift people up when they are down, they can give positive reinforcement or a giggle when we need it most. I especially love motivational quotes. So I was super excited when I saw the new Quotes and Quotables set.

This vintage inspired card was created with the soft pale colors of early spring using using two of the new March release sets from Artistic Outpost: Quotes and Quotables and Flower Market.  The sentiment fits perfectly on the Tim Holtz ticket die cut and I love the little vintage girl with the butterfly net.  I topped it off with a handmade crinoline and tulle flower and some yummy silk ribbon.
