Dabbed Shimmer Technique

Just had to try this beautiful technique from the February issue of Technique Junkies.

In this you play with shimmer paints and reinkers to make a lovely background. If you don't subscribe to TJ newsletter, you're missing out on a great reference with detailed instructions.

I was inspired by Shelly Hickox's card in this particular issue, where she also used the Birds of a Feather Artistic Outpost set to create a beautiful card.
