You Are The Hero!

Happy Wednesday and I am thrilled to share with you another project that I created using the new Paperboy release.  I have had so much fun working with this vintage collection and I truly find the entire set, so inspiring!  Here we go!
Using a kraft tag that I embossed with Tim's Stencil folder, I then shaded with Walnut Stain.  The newsprint text was stamped with Black Archival on newsprint, heat set and then torn with each tear shaded.  This was glued down and then inked over with clear VersaMark ink and powder.  I added various Stampendous EP and Mica as well and heated from the bottom.  I then applied another layer of clear EP Ink and Powder.
The sweet little Paperboy was stamped on vanilla card stock in Archival Coffee and shaded with Antique Linen and Crushed Corduroy.  I added a little color to his face with caulk pastels.  Black chipboard was cut using Tim's ATC die and the image was then mounted and photo corners added.  The "Hero" sentiment was stamped on a Ticket die and a second one cut in black for a frame.
I love the depth created the chipboard and extra layers.  This was such a fun tag from start to finish!

Thank you so much for stopping by today and there is plenty of time to join in the March Referral Program, using those amazing Artistic Outpost stamps!

What an absolutely stunning background, Terry - just wish I could get a look at it in real life. And I love the strong black frames to all the elements - brilliant tag!

Fabulous background! And I love how you framed the newsboy like an old school picture. Such an old, vintage feel, like something you would pull out of an leather trunk.
