Always Make A Total Effort

Happy Saturday Everyone!  Julie, here sharing a Mixed Media card designed with The Golf Club stamp set along with ODBD Custom Dies- Pierced Circles, Circles and Pierced Rectangles (all available from Our Daily Bread Designs).

The background with created by applying peeled paint, brushed corduroy and black soot distress stains onto my craft mat, spritzing with water and laying a piece of white cardstock.   Use the heat tool to dry each layer and once dried, apply picket fence distress stain to tone down the color.  

The rectangular element was created in the same way using kraft cardstock and applying peeled paint and brushed corduroy distress stain.  Once the panel was dry, repeatedly stamp the advertising stamp from The Golf Club using archival black ink. Trim the panel and layer onto a black cardstock rectangle die cut and embossed with the Pierced Rectangles Dies.

Use white cardstock to repeat the above steps for the background on the circular element and stamp the advertising image off once before stamping onto the cardstock. Die cut and emboss the panel with the Pierced Circles Dies and mount onto a piece of black cardstock die cut and embossed with the Circles Dies.

Heat emboss the golfer images from The Golf Club with black embossing powder onto white cardstock and the sentiment with white embossing powder onto black cardstock.

Layer the background panel onto black cardstock, add the rectangular panel and mount the circular element with the golfers and sentiment with dimensional foam to finish off the card.
