The Most Important Shot

Happy Saturday Everyone!  Julie here, sharing a Mixed Media card using the Artistic Outpost Spring 2016 Release stamp sets, The Golf Club and Grunge Elements  (available at Our Daily Bread Designs).

With the arrival of Fall here in the Northeast, I wanted to use autumn colors so pulled out a piece of the bright green paper from the ODBD Birthday Brights 6x6 Paper Pad and die cut it with the largest die from the ODBD Pierced Rectangle Dies.

I stamped the various texture images from AO Grunge Elements with black soot distress ink over the background panel before mounting onto white cardstock and the black card front.

I die cut three additional panels from white cardstock- two with the ODBD Pierced Rectangles Dies and one with the ODBD Pierced Square Dies before stamping the advertising images and sentiment from AO The Golf Club with archival black ink.

I used distress inks to water color the panels and added a bit of distressing with the large splatter stamp from AO Grunge Elements (using black soot distress ink) before mounting onto black cardstock and adhering to the card front.

I created the banners from the ODBD Birthday Brights 6x6 Paper Pad, stamped the grid image from AO Grunge Elements with black soot distress ink before mounting onto black cardstock, adding the copper spiral clip and adhering with dimensional foam.

I stamped the golfers from AO The Golf Club using archival black ink, fussy cut each image and mounted onto black cardstock (fussy-cutting again) before mounting onto the card front to finish off the card.
