Hello Artistic Outpost fans! Lisa here today sharing a card I created with the sweet group of children from the Artistic Outpost Springtime stamp set. Here, I've paired them up with a frame from the Whimsical Melange set and a sentiment from Chalkboard Wisdom.
The kids and frame image are stamped in Black Archival on Vanilla card stock, then colored with Watercolor Pencils. I sponged Blue clouds in the background by sponging around a Cloud die cut from Our Daily Bread Designs.
