Play!

Happy Friday to you all and it is time to Play with the newly released Springtime stamps! Earlier this week AO had a Designers Choice Blog Hop and this is what I came up with!

The children were stamped in Black Archival, colored using a water brush and Brushed Corduroy, Tattered Rose and Spun Sugar. When completely dried, the image was masked and the tag background inked with Weathered Wood and Stormy Sky and then I flicked on some water. The umbrellas in the background were created by inking the top portion of the stamp with Watering Can Archival and I drew on the handle portion. Next I inked over this with the background colors and a little Antique Linen. The fence was stamped in Watering Can.

The sentiment was stamped and inked and cut using the Vintage Labels Die from ODBD. All edges on the tag and sentiment were shaded in Vintage Photo and Black Soot. Die cut the Play from black card stock and finished off with a dyed ribbon.
