A Gentleman!
Happy to share with you this first Friday in April a manly tag using those totally cool "Hat's Off" images. This also starts the April "Show Us Your AO Art" challenge, so come on and get inky!
The sentiment was first stamped on the tag using VersaMark and clear embossed. Next all the images were stamped in Black Archival and then the tag was inked using Tumbled Glass, Rusty Hinge, Frayed Burlap and Antique Linen over the face area.
When I was happy with my colors, water was flicked on the tag and edges were shaded with Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain and Black soot, before distressing all the edges. The "Hat's Off" was cut apart and just added a little tissue tap and pen nib to finish. Love how the bicycling gents fit so nicely along the tags edge!
