Happy Saturday! I decided to play around in my art journal and here is what I came up with. My background consists of scrap paper strips, tissue tape, gesso sprayed ink and stamping from London Underground. The cityscape is from Paperboy and the sentiment is from Serenity. I added a few embellishments and doodles before completing the page.

I really love this page. The colours work so well together and the over all effect has a kind of poignancy and sweet nostalgia about it.
