Hello and welcome to Artistic Outpost. I have a Patriotic card to share using the Hero and Serenity stamp plates. My background was created using a flourish stamp. It has been embossed in red over patterned paper and tissue tape. I sprayed the background with ink before adding my embellishments. My focal image and sentiment have been stamped onto patterned paper and then I layered some die cuts, chipboard button and a large flower.
This is sooo cool! I love the red embossing over the pattern papers! It looks amazing! Ingrid x
