Hello and welcome! This is Kate and I am sharing another piece of mail art. I am putting my envelopes and left over scraps to good use. My background is cut scraps underneath a wash of gesso. I dripped Distress Paints and stamped with the script stamp from the Flapper Fashion plate. Embellishments were made from the stamp plate and embossed as well as painted with Distress markers.

Wow - that is stunning... has such a look of ancient Tuscan villas about that terracotta background and shabby scraps layered over... gorgeous!
