The background is created using Grunge Paste and a stencil from Red Lead Paperworks.
I inked over it with a combination of Distress and Archival inks until I was happy with the look. Then it was on to the stamping - the sister in the top corner...
And the brother down below.
The sentiment is from the Kudzu Kafe stamp plate, and is mounted on padded tape to give a touch of dimension.
And the whole thing is finished off with some gauzy, dreamy ribbon...

That's an adorable tag by Alison!.. Love the colours, the delicate texture and look, and the separation of the two children. Great stamp, I really wanted to buy it but it was too late boohoo.. :)
