Simply Spring

It's finally feeling a bit like spring in my area and I'm celebrating with a spring tag with the old grist mill and lots of green.  It was stamped in Jet Black archival on a jumbo manila tag.  The sky was sponged with Broken China and the green bottom with Mowed Lawn.  I filled in with more stamping from Flower Market and Keeper.  The sentiment is from Serenity and was stamped in Broken China DI.  I created a framed edge by stamping with the flourish stamp from Serenity around the edges and then added an edging of UTEE and gold EP.

I hope you are having a nice spring weekend, wherever you live.

  2. That Grist Mill image always takes me back to my childhood in Canada....sigh. The way you have framed the image with colour really does give life to it. This is a very beautiful tag!
