A Little Magic!

I hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday and today I would love to share a little "Magic" with you! Speaking of magic, this is the first week of a new month and the new "August Referral Program" and again it is anything goes, as long as you use those AO stamps!

Don't you just love this quote from "Quote and Quotables" and how true it is and who better to remind us, but that lovely "Flapper" from "Flapper Fashions?"

I started this by inking my backgrounds with Distress Inks (Peacock Feathers and Dusty Concord), a little water flicks and some embossing and highlighting.

The sentiment tag was covered in foil and inked with alcohol inks and a window cut out for the "Magic." I felt it was too plain and added a few brads around for framing. Still thought it needed a little something, so cut out some butterflies with the left over inked manila.

The lovely Flapper was colored using the water brush and Distress Stains (Dusty Concord, Tattered Rose, Broken China), that I swiped across the craft sheet. Her jewelry was colored in using Spica Glitter Pens!
