BOARDWALK
I have used the newly released BOARDWALK plate from Artistic Outpost to create a card this week with lots of dimension.
My
backdrop has been created with mowed lawn and salty ocean Distress
Inks, one of my favourite colour palettes at the moment and I thought
perfect for the BOARDWALK plate. I also spritzed the inks with water to
give me a few splatters in the background for added interest.
I
die cut the pocket watch and added several layers for dimension,
stamping the central panel with the bathing beauties set against the
Pier again coloured with Distress Inks.
I
added lettering using wooden letters and Alpha Parts to add "Time For
Summer" and added the stamped beauty at the bottom of my card.
Ball
chain has been added to the pocket watch for further dimension and
texture and "under the boardwalk down by the sea has been added to the
top of the watch. I have also stamped BOARDWALK three times to the top
corner .
