Le Ballon

Happy Friday!  Suzz here.

Today I am sharing a tag created with the Paris Exposition plate.

I started with a background created from tissue tape and paints. I blended the blues and greens in the background and added a touch of sparkle with yellow stickles over the background.

I stamped the images using black StazOn ink onto the tag.  I then stamped the balloons on acetate and cut them out.  I attached them to the tag with pop dots to give a layer to the floating balloons.

The edges of the tag was sponged with black dye ink. I finished off the tag with coordinating seam binding died to match.

    I love this, Suzz; the tissue tape background with the blues and greens, and the sideways stamping of the Eiffel Tower works brilliantly. Love it!
