The MIDWINTER plate was perfect for my seasonal card. It's that time of year when Christmas cards are needed in abundance for my friends and family members so this was the ideal opportunity to add another to my collection.
I cut the vintage cabinet die from white card along with the frame. I embossed the frame with the snowflurries texture fade and coloured with faded jeans Distress Ink, adding highlights with silver paint dabber. The inside panel showcases the wonderful reindeer again colouring the top area with broken china ink, spritzing with water and adding faded jeans to the edges for definition. I have added a little broken china ink to his feet to ground him, along with a large pearl for definition.
I have also added two baubles also stamped with the fabulous reindeer, adding pewter charms and coordinated bakers twine to the top of each bauble.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

Gorgeous - didn't even have to look for the designer - that'll be Tracy with her beautiful, frosty turquoises! Wonderful texture on the frame, and the silver highlights are fabulous.

This is wonderful, Tracy! The colors are beautiful and I really love how you used just the reindeer head on the ornaments. Fab textures too!
