This fun card was made for this week's Inspiration Challenge at SplitcoastStampers and was inspired by this vintage t-shirt from Posh Vintage.

I colored the flag from London Underground with markers and stamped it on white cardstock. I centered the heart punch on the flag and then used a Black Sharpie Marker to edge the heart before attaching it with foam tape.

The letters were white foam thickers that were dyed with a combination of India Ink and Black Sharpie and then clear embossed (to keep the ink from rubbing off).
