Scarecrow

The Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite fictional characters. And this scarecrow from the Oz Collage is just wonderful. For this card I stamped the image and tore the edges. The cardstock was colored using antique linen distress stain and edged with vintage photo. I restamped the scarecrow on watercolor paper and colored him using the watercolor marker technique. The background was made using the Cute Cuts technique from the 10-10 issue of Technique Junkies newsletter.  Strips of raffia embellish the image panel.
