C'est Magnifique

The lovely flapper from the Flapper Fashions plate looks beautiful framed in the Webster's Pages papers. All I had to do was stamp her and add a touch of color to work with the papers.  The Paris Exposition plate set the scene.  The Paris Exposition sentiment fit perfectly with the beautiful background.
