I love that the new trims from the Outpost Attic Finds are neutral colors, so they can be dyed to any shade you want. For my Haunted Halloween design, I sprayed several purple inks mists and glimmer mists into a plastic sandwich bag, threw in my piece of trim, and moved it around inside the bag until it was saturated (no inky fingers this way).
To finish the card, I wrapped the trim around a card base covered with Graphic 45 Halloween in Wonderland Papers (love how the design works with Mr. Bones and his top hat). I stamped Mr. Bones on lavender cardstock and again on black cardstock to paper piece his hat. I used a black marker to color his cane.
The final step was cutting my sentiment stamp in half (one of my favorite things about unmounted stamps), so I could split my sentiment to work with the narrow card design.
