The Seeds You Plant

Happy Saturday Everyone!  Julie here, with another fun card using the new March release stamp sets, Seed Packets Background along with Harvest and Grunge Elements.

I started with a piece of Watercolor Paper and added Tim Holtz® Distress Stains to a craft mat, spritzed with water, laid the Watercolor Paper into the ink and lifted to allow the ink to run.

Once the background ink was dry, I stamped the Seed Packets Background using Stāz-On® Jet Black Ink, distressed the edges, added the 1 1/4" Burlap ribbon strip and mounted the panel onto black and kraft cardstock before adhering it to the white card base (also "antiqued" the white edges with Tea Dye Distress Ink).

After embossing the sentiment from Harvest with black embossing powder, I added distressing with the splatter stamps along with the grid image from Grunge Elements before mounting onto the card front with dimensional foam.
