Birds of A Feather
Thank you for stopping by on this fantastic Friday and today I would like to share a tag using Bluebird and Birds of a Feather stamps.
The first step was to stamp the "birds on a wire" using Black Archival that was then clear embossed, inked over in Stormy Sky. Next I cut a stencil from Our Daily Bread Designs "Boho Background" die and inked through that with Frayed Burlap and then Salty Ocean around the edge.
The Bluebirds were stamped in Black Archival and colored with a variety of Sharpie and Stampin Up Markers and then inked over in Antique Linen. Again I applied the die cut stencil and inked lightly with Salty Ocean. The words in the sentiment were masked off and then edged in Salty Ocean and outlined.

Fabulous tag Terry, love how you used those beautiful bird stamps! That blue colouring is so restful, really like it!!
Such pretty, soft colours, and such a gentle wistful feel about this - I think it's those birds perched on the wires ready to set off on their winter journeys, leaving only golden memories of summer behind them... beautiful!
