A Gardening We Will Go!

How many of you are so ready for Spring? Earlier this week AO had a Product Focus, which stamps in that category are on sale until March 7th and I altered an old rusty bulb planter.

After I cleaned, sanded, primed, painted and crackled the bulb planter, the real magic started with the use of the Flower Market stamps. Such a lovely collection and sure to warm up many parts of the country!

The images were stamped using Black Archival on tissue paper and then colored on the reverse side using Sharpie markers. The next thing was to fussy cut these as close as possible and adhere with gel medium.

This was a fun altered project and really quite simple and sure looks so much nicer than the original!
