Sound of the Sea!

Hello and I hope you are having a wonderful Friday! You have just a little time to join in the January "Show Us Your AO Art" challenge, so don't delay! I am so loving this entire new release and that includes the singles, such as this beauty, "Sound of the Sea."

The main image was stamped in Black Archival, removing the ink on the net and seashells, I applied Sepia Archival. Using Stampin Up markers, Bashful Blue, Creamy Caramel and Blush Blossom, the SEA, her dress, skin and seashells were colored using a water brush. The land and ocean were colored in with chalks. The panel was shaded in Vintage Photo and Walnut stain and backed with a distress black layer. I stamped a second set of seashells using Sepia and shaded in black and  then sprayed with matte sealer to set the colors.

The sentiment from "Boardwalk" worked just perfectly for this card and to finish, I applied Antique Linen and Vintage Photo stain to cheesecloth which was applied with a gel medium along with some seashells.
