Beach Babes

This week I am showcasing the BOARDWALK plate.
I decided to create a beach hut for my beach babes created from a block die.
To give the effect of panelling I scored the side panels on a scoreboard and then dry brushed with white paint to highlight further.
BEACH lettering has been added and once again painted and dry brushed with white paint. I have also included a bird, wooden heart and an earring embellishment to the centre.
I have paper pieced the beach babes costumes, stamping with Archival Inks and I have also included a bench made from a piece of driftwood along with a few mini shells for added interest.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
