Let me be a pirate!

Hello all, Alison here.  I think I'm right in saying that this tag never got an airing over here at Artistic Outpost... so now's its chance!
I used stamps from the wonderful Huck Finn plate.  The two boys are stamped in Plum Archival and clear embossed...
... as is the sentiment.
I did some cheaty reflection stamping of the ship.  If you look closely, you'll see I actually just stamped it upside-down, so it's not really a reflection at all!
The whole thing is on a background created with Distress Inks and some spritz and flicking for a watery effect.
And it's mounted on some corrugated card that I inked with the same Plum Archival ink as the stamping, and then added some sprinkles of Verdigris embossing powder to.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  If you've used Artistic Outpost stamps on a project, do come and play along with this month's Referral Program, and you'll be in with a chance to win some more of these beautiful stamps.

I love all about it and it reminds me on the really wonderful adventure in mind - time I spent with Charles Dickens' novels as I was a young pupil .
