Flapper Banner

Today I would like to share with you a project that I created some time back using the "Flapper Fashions" and placing those beauties on a banner!  This was one of those projects that I had no idea where I was going and one thing lead to another and here is the end result!

Each of the Flapper Girls were stamped, colored and fussy cut and placed on an Artful Dwelling die cut, which was black paper embossed with clear EP and edged in gold.  This was placed on a larger Artful Dwelling which was painted in a Gold Metallic Paint, and then covered with alcohol inks (Purple Twilight, Black, Espresso, Salmon, Red Pepper), Blending Solution and Gold Fixative.  After inked and dried, it was embossed using Tim's Checker Board Texture Fade, die cut scalloped edge, lightly sanded and edged in gold pen. 

Here is an angular view of one of my Flappers!  This really was one of those fun projects that just kind of took off on its own.
