Covered Bridge

Hello, Gerrie is with you today....bringing back one of my favorite sets, Old Grist Mill.  This set reminds me of the few covered bridges I have seen in my life, mostly in Southern Indiana.

I stamped this in Black Archival Ink on coated card stock, then using all Adirondack Light Inks, used an empty watercolor brush to add the colors.  Since I emptied the brush just prior to using it, there was enough water left in the bristles to quickly brush on color.

What a beuatiful technique. It reminds me of how they use to colorize a black and white photo. Thanks for sharing!
