Designs by Shelly Hickox

Hey stampers!  I'm finally getting around to blogging and saying hello to all of you since our British Invasion release.  I am actually in the air right now, as I am returning home from a business trip that took me in 4 days to Shreveport, Atlanta, and LA.  It was a whirlwind!  This was not a stamping business trip, but my "day job".  Partner in crime and Artistic Outpost, Shelley Carr, was with me as well, so we had some fun on the side! (Dinner at the Ivy with Sean Penn) - ok really he was sitting three tables over...but you get my drift.

I am thrilled that so many of you have taken to our London stamps.  I just love everything that our designers have been creating with these fun, funky, and functional stamps.  I told y'all in my newsletter that Shelly Hickox approached me what seems like ages ago and told me that she wanted us to do a "London / England"  collection. She knew exactly what she wanted on it, and she was so creative in how she thought it would be used.  Well, she didn't let us down.  Boy has she ever created with it.  Shelly is a very talented artist, and we are lucky to live near one another.  We don't get a chance to hang out near enough.  She is inspiring as well as just a lovely person to be around.  Check out her blog for more of her great works!  I'm showing a few of her beauties here. Don't you love how she made that cute little burlap pillow???  Thanks Shelly for hanging out at the Outpost!

Read the post... (it's GREAT), viewed the stamps (how did I miss the release?) and see the projects created. (FELL OVER in green creative envy)

Debating over how much I really need shampoo and will give up my addiction to cola beverages.. I must get this set!

Shelly, all your creations are fabulous. And I'm so glad you had the ear of a certain stamp company and they heard your request for a London/England set!
