A Framed Daisy

Happy Mother's Day Weekend to all mothers!

Here's a mini framed piece I created with Daisy from Gatsby.  To make the image look like an old photo, I stamped it with Archival Jet Black ink on glossy cardstock and added a touch of Antique Linen and Vintage Photo Distress inks.  I added a few scratches and bends to the corners.  I added lots of ephemera to this frame!  I stained the ribbon flowers with Distress Stains as well as the ribbon.  There are buttons, some brown pearl gems left together as a string, a faux postage stamp, some lace and a stick pin with the year "1922"(image from Flapper Fashions).  The base is a die cut piece of cardstock with stained seam binding laced through the edge.  I added a bit of Distress Vintage Photo Stain to it, too.  I glued a piece of chipboard to the back and hinged another piece for an easel support.
